🙅🏽‍♀️Avoid heavy oils & creams before your appointment: Oil creates a barrier that prevents the tint from properly absorbing into the skin & hair, leading to uneven or faded results. Instead, cleanse your brows with a gentle, oil-free cleanser before your appointment.

🙅🏽‍♀️Skip exfoliating ingredients & harsh skincare: Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, & exfoliating acids for at least a week before your appointment. These ingredients thin the skin and speed up cell turnover, making the tint fade faster and increasing the risk of irritation, redness, or minor chemical burns when combined with lamination & tinting.

👍🏽Keep your brows dry as long as possible: Water, sweat, & humidity can cause the tint to fade faster and weaken the lamination. Avoid getting your brows wet for at least 24-48 hours, & extend longevity by blotting excess oil with oil-free blotting papers throughout the day. When washing your face, use a washcloth or makeup remover pads instead of splashing water directly onto your brows. The drier you keep your brows, the longer they’ll stay looking fresh and defined 😻

💭How long does a Hybrid Tint last?

It can honestly vary depending on many factors, but they typically last 7-10 days on the skin & up to 4-6 weeks on the hair.

🌻To prolong the life of a hybrid tint,

Here are some tips I always like to tell my clients:

🌊 Avoid moisture for the first 24-48 hours after your appointment. I also like to recommend to keep them dry as possible throughout having them. So if you have oily skin always try to pat dry your brows when possible.

🫧Use gentle products and avoid exfoliants, oil based skincare, or makeup removers on your brows.

🏊🏼‍♀️Skip the pool or submerging your face in water.
