Cancellation Policy
To ensure seamless scheduling, clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their deposit.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $10.00 will be applied towards services rendered.
Spa Policy
For the comfort and relaxation of all clients, children are not permitted in the spa during treatment hours.
Late Policy
Punctuality is appreciated; clients are considered late after a 15-minute grace period. In the event of tardiness, services will be rescheduled. If a client requires rescheduling twice, further rescheduling will not be permitted, and a non-refundable fee of $20.00 will be incurred.
