• Book the earliest appointment available!
• My doc told me I could eat one egg before, and I think that definitely helped not having the drink on an empty stomach
• Get the lemon lime. Tastes like a flat, sweeter sprite🍋🟩
• Have a water bottle & a snack for after they draw your blood. Your stomach might feel a little uneasy, but protein helps!
• Don’t plan anything for the few hours after and go take a nap if you can. You feel like you have a major sugar crash after!
• If you’re easily nauseated, put a drop of peppermint oil on your wrist and breathe it in when needed. Always helps me!

The best 5 years of my life🤍 There are some things words can’t fully say. And one of those things is how much this guy means to me. My best friend of all time, my life and business partner, my personal comedian, my soon to be baby daddy🥹
He makes every single day fun, joyful, and bright. I can’t wait to see our daughter take after him. I’m proud of us, of the marriage and life we’ve built together. God has blessed us beyond belief.
