Unlike traditional relaxation-focused Swedish massage, THERAFLOW™ is performed as a fully clothed treatment without massage oils.
The session emphasizes precise acupressure techniques, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and corrective movement patterns designed to address areas of muscular restriction and postural imbalance.

I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep-Tissue Massage, assisted stretching, and range-of-motion techniques. Every session begins with a personalized assessment and is tailored to your body’s specific needs.

Using firm, focused pressure, I help relieve muscle tension, stiffness, restricted movement, and everyday discomfort—so you can move more comfortably and feel your best.
