Most of us are going through the next stage of our lives. We are at that age where we see the wrinkles, grey hair, extra pounds 👩‍🦳 👵. We see the pretty 25 year olds and sigh. But, we were once 25, too, just like they will one day be our age. What they bring to the table with their youth and zest for life🏃‍♀️ 🧗‍♀️🤾‍♀️, we bring with our wisdom, experience 👩‍⚕️ 👩‍🏫 👩‍🎨 👩‍🚀 👩‍🚒 👩‍🍳, and good hearts 💜❤💖. For all we've been through earning each grey hair... raising kids🤱 👩‍👦👩‍👦‍👦👩‍👧👩‍👧‍👦👩‍👧‍👧, bills and ills, and whatever else life brought us over our 30s, 40's, and 50’s, we are survivors 💪... we are warriors... we are women 🧕 👩‍🦱 👩‍🦳 👰 . Like a classic car 🚘 or fine wine 🍷. While our exterior may not be what it once was, it is traded for our spirit, our courage, and our strength to enter this chapter of our lives with grace and pride for all we've been through and accomplished 🚺 💃 ♀️.

Never feel bad about aging. It is a privilege denied to many. 🎂

To all my female friends,

Tea Tree Oil for Natural Skin Care

Tea tree oil is a powerful healing oil for many skin conditions. Its antiseptic abilities to treat wounds, kill numerous strains of viruses, fungi and bacteria is widely used by some medical doctors to replace ordinary prescriptions, especially if there’s a problem with allergies or resistance to a medication.

Use of essential oils (including tea tree oil) instead of prescription antibiotics is becoming more widely applied in an effort to prevent resistance to antibiotics forming. There is also far less chance of adverse reactions to essential oil remedies than there is with some medical treatments.

The tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) is a native of Australia and its oil is now used in many natural skin care products, and household and cleaning products. It can kill mold on contact, repel insects and be used as a natural household cleanser.

Tea Tree Oil for Bacterial Infections and Fungal Infections

If you have skin issues such as bacterial infections, cold sores or fungal infections (such as Candida or athlete’s foot), use tea tree oil to heal and repair the skin condition and to prevent recurring problems.

Tea tree oil’s innate ability to kill fungus and infections makes it a natural go-to oil, to use for toenail fungus or skin conditions such as ringworm and athlete’s foot.

Use a clean swab or cotton ball to place the tea tree oil directly on the affected area. It’s also great for removing warts. Treat each day and the wart will eventually disappear.

Dry Skin or Acne Skin Care

Concoct a gentle acne treatment for your skin by mixing about five drops of the pure tea tree essential oil with two teaspoons of raw honey and massage onto your face. Leave on for a minute, then rinse. Your skin won’t appear red and itchy as some acne treatments leave it and will get the job done.

It’s also perfect for dry skin, as the natural oil helps to rebalance your own skin’s moisture.

Teeth and Gums

You can also use tea tree oil as a toothpaste to improve your oral health. It will eliminate bad bacteria, heal inflamed gums and reduce the bleeding of gums, plus it may help prevent tooth decay. Simply mix the tea tree oil with a bit of coconut oil and baking soda. It’s refreshing and effective.

Prevent Skin Cancer

One of the most significant findings for using tea tree oil as a skin benefit is the fact that it (along with frankincense oil) can prevent skin cancer. A good mixture for skin cancer healing and prevention is to mix frankincense oil, tea tree oil and raspberry seed oil and dab on the affected area three times per day.

Be sure to look for tea tree essential oils that are 100% pure oil, therapeutic grade and organic. It will be free of chemicals and previously tested so it will meet the criteria required for natural health and healing, and it will be free from toxins and harmful chemicals.

Store tea tree oil away from light, heat and air and keep in a glass container to prevent deterioration in its quality.
