I haven't Been Consistent w/ Gym Flow at All but I've lost more weight 🤷🏽‍♀️ Gone 5x this year so far, but Damn I got Tone. When I do go, 2 miles on the Highest Incline in 1 Hr Speed Walk or 4 miles jogging in an hr. I still Eat, your girl loves Food, YES I cook, I 🩷 Steak 🥩 If I do go consistently Everyday for ONE Month I do develop Muscle Tone/Form etc, All that Good Stuff lol
