I've always had tummy issues so I've never really been a breakfast person but I am incredibly proud of how my plate looks this morning complete with non-dairy yogurt and of course a couple of essential oils.
Deep Blue Polyphenol Complex is great to help those achy muscles with Frankincense and Turmeric that help with soreness and discomfort which is fantastic for the active body. In Yarrow Pom Active Botanical Nutritive Duo has pomegranate seed oil and can be added to your water or like I did this morning into yogurt.

I don't know about you but there's a lot that I have to get done today. So I started my morning with all kinds of citrus and my tea! Citrus oils are great because they help boost mood energy and they're really good for cleaning you out and helping aid your body systems!
