It can feel like we are all alone in our stories, like no one will understand. It can feel like our stories are too much for others to hear, to hold. Love want to be with you in your story.
Love wants to hear you.
Love wants to hold you.
Love wants to heal you.

Sometime we unconsciously let others decide for us what is important -- family, friends, church, culture, the landscape company. But what if we started deciding for ourselve?. How would you show up to your life or your lawn different?

When we live in connection with ourselves we more easily connect to a sense of wonder. Instead of anxiety, overwhelm, hypervigilance or shut down we get to access joy and delight...we are hapoy to alive!
Who doesn't want that!?!

There are many misguided ways we are trying to be ok...
over scrolling, over eating, over working, over mast*rbating, over praying etc. However, when we see these behaviors through a lens of compassionate curiosity, we likely will come face to face with a frightened part of us who is trying the best ways they know to be ok. Can you have kind eyes for all the wonky ways you're trying to be ok?

Clarity. That word starts to sound real weird after saying it several times. 😆
Lack of clarity in our lives is an indicator that we aren't connected to Self. Lack of clarity can look like second guessing ourselves, not knowing what we want, or not trusting ourselves. Clarity has been one of the most beautiful gifts in my journey to Me. How would life be different for you if you enjoyed a little more clarity?
