1. Not everyone has a risorius muscle?? 🤷🏻♂️. I was dumbfounded and blown away. Close to 50%!!!
2. Saw a cadaver specimen with TWO angular arteries.
3. Needle down to bone at the one up one over temple region pierced right through the STA in one of the cadaver specimen
4. Needle down to bone midline at the mentum, tapped the ascending mental artery in one of the cadaver specimen
5. Slowwwwww injection will help prevent back tracking of filler.

My name is Jeff Nguyen, I am a physician assistant specializing in aesthetics medicine. This yr will be my 10th yr of being an injector.
From neurotoxins to dermal fillers and laser, with simple and advanced techniques, I specialize in crafting subtle, natural looking enhancement tailored to your unique facial structure and aesthetic goals.
My approach prioritizes safety, precision, balance and artistry to deliver results you’ll love. Your journey with me should feel comfortable and informed. I am here to guide you every step of the way.
I’m also an educator for novice injectors or anyone who’s looking to refine their injection techniques. I have pioneered a 2-day injection course focusing on the foundation of aesthetics injection.
