I got to meet some of my implant heros this week at the AAID annual conference. One of these legends placed his first implant in 1965 😳. Glad I get to learn from some of the best in the business!

Fav transformation of the year. Great guy, great personality, just needed a great smile. These are temporaries of an All-on-four upper and lower conversion that were loaded on to implants the same day the implants were placed.

Oh hi. I'm back. I've got a lot to post to catch up, but I wanted to share this . TruAbutment, Inc. and Planmeca has taken the guesswork out of delivering beautiful, consistent, scientific based (thank you Tomas Linkevicius) restorations.

We were able to finish this case for an awesome guy who felt so bad about his front teeth that he would cover his mouth when he smiled or laughed. He decided on restoring 3 upper teeth and a lower bridge for some failing lower anterior teeth.

I tried my best to get him to commit to more teeth to idealize the smile and create consistency (I even added more teeth into the wax up just to try to have him see it). But, finances can be a factor and in the end he was very happy with the result.

It's great working with great patients!

Merry Christmas!

Poor girl broke her front tooth and was so embarrassed that she made an acrylic tooth on her own and glued it to her broken tooth. Three different shades of composite and 1 hour later, she was a lot happier. We're letting her tissue heal and letting her evaluate if she wants any changes, but if say it's a big improvement! @ Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Thank you to everyone who helped get the word out about Free Dental Day! We were able to give just under $8,000 worth of dentistry to those of our community in need. Being able to do this is such a privilege for us and we're already beginning planning for the next one!

Soooo excited for tomorrow! The whole team at Loftus family dental will be offering free dental care to our community! If you know of someone who is in need, we will be opening our doors at 7:00am and will be cutting off at Noon at our Post Falls location. Can't wait to help out at this event as a doctor!
