Did you know that you can renew your skin softness by making the following exfoliation home remedy?

1. Crush 10-12 almonds and place them in a jar.
2. Pour 2 ounces of milk over the almonds.
3. Place the jar in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
4. Strain the milk and moist a soft gauze with the milk & almond mixture.
5. Rub skin with the gauze gently repeating the procedure for 2-3 minutes.

Almonds are the natural source of a unique AHA called Mandalic Acid and in conjunction with Lactic Acid from the milk you just recreated Cleopatra's famous skin exfoliation.

You can exfoliate all dead cells giving your skin a smoother texture and glowing look weekly before using your evening lotion or moisturizer.
