Such an amazing evening in the stunning Beachfront Residences I have been staying in at the beautiful resort on Malolo Island. Executive Chef Winston Fong prepared an incredible culinary experience that showed his passion for fish, as well as his sustainable philosophy of utilizing fresh, local produce. He creatively infused these island grown farm to table ingredients with his unique Fijian cooking techniques and Mediterranean experience. One of the best meals I have ever had.

Fiji is a magical place. ❤️

So much fun with the team going thru all of the scuba diving protocols. Beyond excited to launch the FlyWell Adventure program with such amazing partners. Providing even more memorable experiences for those visiting our Fiji Islands. We keep building. 🤙🏽
