We will be milling wheat fresh on site at every market — so you can watch your flour being made right before your eyes! We'll have a small quantity ready to purchase on the spot, but because fresh milling is a hands-on process, walk-up orders may require a 20–30 minute wait.

To ensure a quick and seamless experience for everyone, we encourage preordering when possible. Preorders are milled, bagged, and set aside ahead of time so they’re ready when you arrive.
