Some progress you’ll never see coming.

Not the kind that shows up in a before-and-after. The quieter kind. The way you talk to yourself on a hard day. The promises you keep when nobody’s watching. The fact that you bounced back faster than you used to and almost didn’t notice.

That’s the stuff that actually sticks.

If today feels slow or ordinary, you’re probably still moving forward. You just can’t see it yet.

And I really do believe that.

I see you out there. 🤗

Using a GLP-1? Don’t skip this reel. ⚠️

Losing weight without exercising can also mean losing muscle.

shares why adding movement into your routine is key — and it only takes 10 minutes.

Strength training matters.

But if you want to move through life feeling strong, capable, balanced, and confident…
you have to train for more than just reps.

This kind of integrated strength work challenges coordination, control, mobility, balance, and endurance all at once.

Because real life doesn’t happen one muscle at a time.

Your body is designed to work together.

And the goal isn’t just to build muscle—
it’s to build a body that supports the way you want to live.

Strong.
Capable.
Agile.
Energized.

That’s the kind of training I care about most. 💛

Save this for the next time you want a full-body workout that does more than just burn calories.

Not everyone is ready to jump into advanced workouts right away.

And honestly… they shouldn’t have to.

That’s one of the reasons I loved creating this 10-Min GLP-1 Fitness Formula with .

I wanted it to feel approachable.
Simple.
Doable.

A place to start if fitness has felt overwhelming
if it’s been a long time
or if you’ve been thinking about adding strength training into your routine but didn’t know where to begin.

And if you’re navigating something like GLP-1s, strength training becomes even more important to help support muscle and metabolism along the way.

Because sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t doing more.

It’s finally starting.

And if this is your season to start again…I hope this helps you take that first step.

Monday energy check.

A new week.
A new chance to show up for yourself.

Not perfectly.
Not all-or-nothing.

Just with a little intention, a little movement, and a willingness to begin again.

Sometimes all it takes is changing your energy for a few minutes to shift the direction of your whole day.

Move your body.
Lift your mood.
Carry that momentum into the week ahead. 💛

Some songs are just meant to be danced together. 💃

After dancing to this one solo in Mexico last week, it felt really good to be back in the studio with my people today.

Music, movement, laughter, energy, community…

There’s something powerful about sharing an experience like this together.

And honestly, I think we all need more spaces where we can move, express ourselves, let go a little, and simply enjoy being human. 💛

💃

The hard truth no one wants to hear:

Most of us don’t want to think about working out forever.

But movement isn’t a phase.
It’s a lifelong investment in your energy, independence, confidence and ability to keep experiencing life fully.

And yes… some days even getting started feels hard.

I’ve had plenty of those days too.

But over the years, here’s what I’ve learned:

The real cost of not taking care of yourself isn’t just physical.

It’s slowly losing the strength, energy, freedom, and capability that allow you to fully show up for your life and the people you love.

You don’t have to love it every day.
But you do have to find a way to keep going.

Not for perfection.
Not for a six-pack.

For your future.
For your freedom.
For the life you still want to live. 💛

Back in the studio today for the final workout of this Cardio Strength routine.

And honestly… this is why we train.

Not just for the workout itself.
But for the energy, strength, confidence, and capability that carries into the rest of life.

After a week of adventure, movement, long active days, and meaningful moments away, I came home even more reminded how important it is to take care of ourselves while we can.

That kind of strength doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s built in the everyday moments.
The days we feel motivated.
And the days we don’t.

Showing up matters.

Not because we’re chasing perfection -
but because we want to keep living fully for as long as we can. 💛

Turning 60 feels surreal.

Like every big decade marker, there’s a moment where you look in the mirror and think… wow, I’ve been here awhile.

Inside, you still feel like yourself.

But outside, you see the years, the stories, the heartbreaks, the growth, the joy, the wear and tear of a life fully lived.
And honestly, this decade feels different already.

Maybe a little less fear.
A little more acceptance.
A little more gratitude.

A deeper desire to really experience life while I’m here.

This trip felt meaningful in that way.
Zip lining, underground river swims, climbing endless stairs in the heat, giant waterslides, long active days, beautiful quiet moments by the pool, laughter with family, celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with the people I love most.

It reminded me how grateful I am for a body that still allows me to move through the world this way.

Not because I need to look a certain way.
But because I want to keep living fully.

I want more adventures.
More experiences.

More moments that make me feel awake, connected, challenged, peaceful, grateful, alive.

And I don’t take that for granted.

I know more life is behind me than in front of me now.

That truth feels a little emotional sometimes… but also clarifying.

It makes me want to stop wasting energy on things that don’t matter.

To hold people closer.
To let go a little more.
To be present enough to really live the life I still have in front of me.

I’m deeply grateful for my husband, my family, my friends, the struggles that shaped me, the heartbreaks that strengthened me, and the beautiful moments that make all the hard parts worth it.

And I’m grateful for all of you too.
For being here.
For growing older together.
For continuing to show up for yourselves and your lives.

At 60, I don’t feel done.

I feel awake to how precious it all really is.

Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes and the positive messages sent my way. They mean the world to me. ♥️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas.

Feeling especially grateful today for time together, sunshine, laughter, and these moments that go by way too fast.

Being a mom has been one of the greatest gifts of my life—and also one of the things that’s stretched, humbled and shaped me the most.

Sending love today to those celebrating with their moms, missing them deeply, stepping into motherhood, or carrying complicated emotions around this day. You’re seen too. 💛
