Who out there likes to travel? Went on a trip with my honey and while we had an absolute blast neither of us like packing, unpacking, lugging baggage, etc.
Ladies, tell me how to travel light? I am at a 50lb limit every time!!
I expect to travel a lot more and need to perfect the process.

I offered samples of the new Vegan protein powder to my customers. It sounded good in theory. Once I started the project of preparing the samples I felt a little like a ‘dealer’. How do they do it? 😳

I’m being challenged this week to step up my game. I often let the fear of making a mistake or being messy get in my way. This week I’m just gonna do the things that make me want to puke. 🤪 All encouragers are welcomed.

My sailor is off sailing the seven seas. The holidays feel different when she’s away. My friends and I held an event Sunday to benefit the Connecticut Children’s hospital. We collected so many toys that are sure to bring a smile.
When we planned the event I had no idea that I would be gaining something too. Let me tell you, giving feels great!
I’m thrilled we were able to organize the event and thank and .w for having big ‘ol hearts and wanting to spread joy as much as I do. Thank you to everyone who attended and brought a gift to donate.

We ALL have SOMETHING to be grateful for. When life is throwing curve balls at you it may be hard to find a reason to be thankful. Find and focus on the good things in your life. You will find that gratitude changes everything!
