Looking back at this photo now feels surreal.

Five years ago, I made the decision to remove my breast implants because I truly believed they were contributing to my health issues.
At the time, I was desperate for answers.
Some things improved.
Some things didn’t.
And now, years later, I’ve found myself in a place I never expected:
considering getting implants again — only much smaller and more natural.
I know this topic can be controversial.
But I also know so many women are quietly struggling with questions about:
• health
• aging
• femininity
• confidence
• body image
• cosmetic surgery
• and how we feel in our own skin as we get older
So I’ve decided to talk about it honestly.
Have any of you gone through explant surgery or struggled with Breast Implant Illness?

I would love some of you ladies to post your results from your deep plane/neck lift five years out along with your before photo. Does the technique live up to the hype?
My armpits smell like fried wontons. WHYYYY??

These photos are from a year ago. Well, Makeup helps as well as good lighting, I believe I will have a deep plain facelift and neck lift. Upper and lower bluff with pinch and possibly a temporal lift. I’m not displeased with my appearance at 58 years old. Well, I was 57 in the pictures, but my profile, as far as my jawline and neck are a huge source of concern for me. Under my eyes is always extremely puffy. My upper eyelid sag, and I’ve done tutorials to figure out how to put on eye makeup to camouflage that. I don’t want to have to camouflage so much anymore.
