Momma Mental Health 💚
Oftentimes there are eyebrows raised 🤨and quiet whispers 🤫 behind your back if you decide to take time away from the the people who made you a momma.

But the truth is you can’t be a good momma without putting your mask on first.

No mommy guilt if you want to take a break to reconnect with yourself and do what you love this
or any day it’s necessary.

Am I the problem? 🤔
In all situations we must look at ourselves as quickly as we point fingers at others.
Truth is 🤫**especially** as a therapist I am making mistakes in my personal life, in order to learn ways to help people in my professional life.
I like to think that the best person to get you through something is the person who has learned the lesson themselves. 🤷🏽♀️
Take a step back to assess the last disagreement you had…
If you weren’t the only one in the conversation, you were a part of the miscommunication.
Even in our silence, stonewalling, gaslighting, etc. there is accountability.
YOU played a role in the problem..
SO be a part of the solution.
Let in your relationships be the goal.
Forgiveness is upon us..

In this season of fresh anointing and resurrection, God has given us a story to test our true “Will” (pun intended) to lean into forgiveness, love, and accountability.
If your words don’t offer growth.. drop it.
If your actions don’t promote healing….drop it.
If your wishes aren’t based in wellness… drop it.
We are the sum total of our decisions… not one.
