True Nature Massage Therapy

I used to think my life was doomed for struggle.

Life was hard, so I became hardened. I adapted.

I was tough and could walk myself through fire after fire without a flinch. (Younger Jerrica was seriously B.A. lol, I love her)

I looked at happy people and scoffed... 😆 like, what were they smiling about?!

I remember being in my beginner yoga class and the teacher said something like, "feel gratitude." And I was like, uhm, how do I "feel" gratitude?

I was genuinely curious,
And soon found out,

I was numb...

I had gotten used to not feeling at all.

Once I realized that, I started training myself how to feel... I was tenacious af and living a not-feeling life was not something I was interested in.

Skip forward some years and here we are...

My heart guiding me every step of the way.

A passion for supporting women like me who are ready to open their hearts, love themselves, and live a life that inspires and activates them.

I know there's so much BS in the world,
I know that it's so hard sometimes,
And I also know that the deep desire we feel in our hearts -

Gets to be bigger than what limits us.
