Never give up… there’s so much to work for and so many memories to make!
God bless
Just a fyi…::
When I use to feel very anxious or nervous about leaving to go places because I was use to being home, I would light a candle put on music and every few days change it up. That got my sensory accustomed to different environments and then when we went out I was able to enjoy a coffee shop or a nice cozy cafe. I realized it when we drove through a subway of all the places. Talking about sensory overload!! Guess it just brought back a smell of what I remembered as “ normal” now I get to enjoy it all over again which makes me now excited to go different places without being nervous.
God bless
It’s ok to say “ I can’t “ as long as it is “ I can’t give up”!!!!! god bless
