City of Leander just opened a beautiful new park, Lakewood Park. A few minutes off of the Crystal Falls exit off 183.
A huge space with so many family fun features, which includes:
🔸Splash pad
🔸Pavilion with grills, picnic tables, foosball tables, ping pong and co****le
🔸Huge playground, tall climbling structures, variety of swings, including one wheelchair accessible swing
🔸Skate park
🔸Dog park (separate sections for big and little dogs)
🔸Kayak and paddle board rentals
🔸Basketball court
🔸Sand volleyball court
🔸Fishing pier
🔸Hiking trails
🔸Large community lawn area for games and concerts (still building)
🔸Plenty of parking
🔸Super wide sidewalks
🔸Public restrooms
Core HIIT workout

Do each move for :30, rest for :10

Now open. Right next door to Cedar Park High School in the old Cypress Creek Coffee Company shop. Happy to see a healthy alternative to all the fast food around the area. What a great after school snack!
Enjoy a guilt free shake or grab one of their energy teas for a pick me up.
I got the Chunky Monkey and it was delicious and very filling. Check out the menu for all the options. There is something for everyone.
Such a cute place, complete with bar seating and a couple tables and an instagramable wall for your shake selfies.

The Grove's menu is filled with healthy options. They even have a Pad Thai made with kelp noodles. Who knew?
And the wine....so many choices, where do I even begin?!

So many class times to choose from. Classes every day from early morning to evenings.
Each instructor has their own style and energy. And you have three class formats to choose from:
1. Classic - 45 minute ride which combines choreography, races and bars (for one song). The best of all worlds. Can't go wrong with Classic.
2. Performance - focusing on numbers; rpms, gears, power and utilizing the leaderboard. If you like to compete and love numbers to get you motivated, this will fit you.
3. Connect - no monitors or leaderboard, listening and trusting your body to push past your limits. A personal favorite of mine.

A beached shark was spotted today at Volente Beach today 🦈
Have you been to Beachside Billy's and Volente Beach? It's just outside of Cedar Park. Perfect for an afternoon away. There's waterslides, pools, beach volleyball, picnic tables, this cute Beach area, a snack shack and a restaurant on the premises.
They are open until 11pm on the weekends and have live music in the evenings if you're looking for a chill night out at the lake.

Club Pilates Cedar Park offers a variety of classes from beginner to advanced. Choose your style whether it's slower control, flow, cardio, recovery/stretching.
Shown here is demonstrating a move from a Level 2 Flow class (intermediate to advanced). This move targets the inner thigh and glute muscles while maintaining core control.
