It’s been way too long since I’ve made tea but the week has been long, my house is quiet and I’m creating a new blend. 🍃

This blend is full of adaptogenic herbs + herbs to lift your spirits, motivation and drive. Maybe I should call it Strive or Drive?

Raspberries are my favorite berries especially the ones that grow wild outside my parent’s house in Alaska.

I love checking the bush in August as they start to ripen and plucking the red ones as soon as they turn.
