✨ BOOKING & NEW CLIENT POLICY UPDATE ✨

A little housekeeping as I update my booking process! 🤍

Due to an increase in fraudulent booking attempts and appointments being requested without the intention of keeping them, I’m making a few changes to help protect my business and keep my schedule organized.

✨ New clients booking highlight or color services will now be required to pay a $65 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service total, and your appointment will not be considered booked or held until the deposit has been received.

Please note that I do not require or accept full payment for services upfront. Any remaining balance will be paid at the time of your appointment.

A few reminders for new clients:
• I currently do not offer online booking
• Appointment requests can be made through Instagram or Facebook DM, or by texting me directly
• When reaching out, please include your first and last name + the service you’re wanting to book
• If you’re booking a color or highlight service, please be prepared to provide any additional information or photos needed to determine the appropriate service
• Please only submit a booking request if you are genuinely interested in scheduling
• Appointments requested without the required deposit will not be held

These changes are simply to help protect my time, my business, and my availability for clients who are ready to book. 🫶🏼
