Tara's class is a unique and personal experience. She's an excellent teacher and spiritual guide. I leave her class full, toned and balanced. Her studio is a perfect sacred space she shares generously with the public. Five stars for this beautiful place the Leeds mountain hamlet.

so the BIG NEWS is finally here.. our humble little bakery in Cairo, NY is fully licensed and almost open for business!! it has been so much work, sweat, tears, and dreams poured into this tiny 400 square foot building. But, we made it just in time (aka: before baby!) to expand and open for more wholesale, to offer bread pickups from our actual location!!, and soon to serve the community coffee & an amazing spread of pastries & bread for breakfast.

we could not have made this happen without the support of our friends & neighbors, esp our friends Glen Falls House & Trotwood , who have been letting us use their kitchen space up until now. Catskill Farmers Market & Catskill Community Center taking us on as vendors and allowing us to grow throughout the summer. Bulich Creekside Farm supporting our mission & sharing their all natural produce for our market table. BIG THANKS to our neighbor, Master Gardener, Massage Therapist, & super connector, Robin Stapely, for always being our champion & helping establish the bread buying club. We could not have done any of this without our in-town supporters Spirits of Cairo , Leeds Yoga , Haley Elizabeth Zurawel , Think Big A Tiny House Resort , Shady Lawn House ,Hartland on Hudson , Itsa Pizza Truck !

If you see the before and after pics, you know that a lot of work went into making this tiny space beautiful and functional.
