last Friday there was new teacher in exercise class and she moved much faster and I did way too much bending forward, so my lower back was in more pain and disconnect then I have had in months. I am so grateful Dr Landon B was able to see me the same day and could get me back in balance and Daniel's acupuncture was able to clear the tension and pain. The perfect combination.

Just a reminder that we have condensed our Chiropractic appointment days to Monday- Wednesday and we have increased our length between patient appointments to avoid overlap in the waiting room. I am so excited to introduce Dr. Landon Benedetti to the Loudoun County Community. Dr. Benedetti will be taking over as the new owner/chiropractor at Loudoun Family Wellness. To ensure a smooth transition and introduce Dr. Benedetti to you all, I will be staying on with him for a three week period.
Upon deep reflection, Lainey and I have chosen to move our family closer to my parents in Southwest Virginia. With their health declining, we decided to reside near them to be of assistance on a regular basis.
Dr. Benedetti joins the team from Pittsburgh, PA. He is a terrific chiropractor with excellent adjusting skills and really cares for his patients. Over the past several years, Dr. Benedetti has furthered his knowledge in extremity adjusting, nutrition, and therapeutic rehab. He is thrilled to anchor in the Leesburg area and provide his passion of chiropractic and wellness to this great community.
Dr. Rich, Dr. Leanne, and I are so excited to have Dr. Benedetti continue the consistent and personalized care, which has always been a hallmark of Loudoun Family Wellness for over 20 years.
My years in Leesburg have been filled with many rewarding experiences and memorable patients and I am forever grateful for the time we spent together. Lainey and I sincerely thank you for choosing us as part of your health and wellness team. We wish you joy and happiness.

UPDATE on “Arlo”: At 12:30am, Dr. Clark drove Arlo to a home where a mama had just given birth to see if she would accept him. Because of all your help, we were able to meet up with this wonderful woman, who through the Loudoun Community Cat Coalition is fostering this mama. Mama cat accepted Arlo right away and now he is happy & safe with a new mama, brothers & sisters!
A HUGE thank you to all of you, the amazing people at the Loudoun County Cat Coalition, our sister (who was the first person we frantically called to tell us what to do when we found him!), and my amazing hubby (Dr. Clark), who saved him in the woods after Lilla heard him, fed him (Arlo would ONLY eat from Dr. C), and drove him after midnight to make sure he would have a chance.
Lilla did not get to say goodbye last night, but when I showed her Arlo’s picture this morning with his new family, she said, “I always knew he had a mommy.” 🐱❤️

WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Dr. Clark & Family found a newborn kitten abandoned in the woods. His eyes aren’t even open, but he’s wobbly trying to walk, we see little teeth, so we’re estimating maybe not even week old. We bought him special kitten formula and a bottle at Petsmart & he fed great from Dr. Clark 🙌🏻 We’ve read he needs to be burped (which we got him to do 🤣) and fed like a baby, every 2-3 hours, a warm bed with a heater, and we have to help him to use the bathroom 😐
We want to keep him going until we can call the vet on Monday or get help sooner. We’ve contacted the Loudoun Community Cat Coalition, our vet, and emergency vet in Leesburg. Any advice you can give us would be VERY helpful and help to find him the right home to take care of him 💙🐱
