I’m wondering how all of the parents are doing in our community with summer being in full swing. How are you doing with all of the extra snacks, sunscreen, towels, managing electronic time, trying to get time for yourself and all of the things? How’s your nervous system feeling? Or are you like me a couple years ago and maybe don’t even recognize when your nervous system is more stimulated? Finding tools to help me reset, support my physical and energetic bodies has been life-changing for me and helps me show up as a better mom, friend and human. If you feel like maybe you’re losing your mind or you’re feeling pretty good but would like community or time away, I’m inviting you to come and hang out with us at the studio and try a class.
