There will be Yoga tonight but not a Soundbath. If you have any extra space or love to give, please send it to our amazing facilitator and friend, Kalie, as she’s dealing with some complications after a surgery last week. Our daily classes are curated to create a safe space for you to connect with your body, soul and emotions while moving through all of it. These classes each have their special aspects to provide an opportunity to connect with all parts of you and maybe tap into something you didn’t realize you were disconnected from. We’d love to experience them with you. Classes are offered by monthly membership, punchpass or drop in rate with a sliding scale of $11-$22. Do you have any questions about any of our classes?

Last night, I got to enjoy some time alone in the studio after an incredible yoga class with Shaley. No one else came for soundbath and I heard “play for you”. Each size of class has value and this time felt sacred. I pulled out one of my favorite decks from Rebecca Campbell and took some time to pull some cards for myself receiving a beautiful message about the way, my triggers have been mirrors, that it’s time to step into teaching and to keep my heart open. I then asked spirit to play the songs that I needed to hear and help guide which bowls needed to be played. I took time to ask, which bowl next and listen for the answer. I giggled when a feather appeared. There was a full body breakdown, not caught on camera and time to just feel the feels that have been building up through the last few weeks. I took time to drum over myself and let the ripples of the gongs clear out blockages. So much is changing all around me, and I’m doing my best to ride the waves. Sometimes my humanness gets in the way. Feeling like I’m in another metamorphosis stage and I’m not quite sure what’s on the other side but I’m definitely not who I was before. Surrender. Trust. It all has purpose.

We have a beautiful pampering day planned on Sunday starting with Goddess Yoga with Marisa and Soundbath by me, followed by Collage Art with Amanda and Meditation and Masks with Shaley. An opportunity to connect with your body and playful movement, maybe letting your inner child out to play and then receiving with handcrafted facemasks and yummy chai. That night, we will be hanging out at the Hot Springs at 7:30. Options for the full day or individual activities. Come hang out if it calls 🫶
