A peer of mine was recently requested back home to the big guy upstairs and he was and is an inspiring man. Growing up with him he never made you feel left out or bad about anything. I have a faint memory of him leaving over desks in middle school and telling me my art was cool. Maybe he even asked me if I planned to do it full time. I wantED to share his message, I summarized it to what meant to the most to me. If anyone knows me life has never been a walk in the park but each step out of the darkness I found more light. To be here for a moment to share my creative baby I wanted to wear his with pride.

A little project I’ve been working on, in my neck of the woods. 🐸🌲🌲⛺️

As an artist I think we often get lost in the final product rather the beginning and progress. We think our progress isn’t good enough and often slow down or quit the non existent race. But every great artist even after life has started with a doodle. we find joy and beauty in the imperfections and see the art created even when the artist regrets every brush stroke.

Keep doing your thing, it’s you’re creativity to express and there is no judge or competition to say it’s right or wrong.
Trust the process.

Breathing new beginnings and a refreshed mind after a LONG year and a half!!
Thank you all who have received my art in the past and supported my love of creation! Without the many of you who gave me a chance I would not believe in my art as much as I do.
I have designed my own art studio lately and things are finally falling into place. Life has knocked me around a little and to re-ground I want to rediscover my art and love for color.

I am planning on giving all my previous artworks to good homes to help declutter and bring in the new light! So keep an eye out!

Dental clay art inside a pumpkin.
Inspired by the many things a dentists must multitask. I once looked at my dentist as I was holding 3 instruments in one hand and 2 suctions and air water, and just wishing I could be an octopus some days..

It was entered in a pumpkin decorating contest and sadly didn’t make the cut with other wonderful pumpkins made by other offices.
Maybe next year!

“Deep Daily Flossing & ” -Donna M. Bass

Becoming a dental assistant I had a wonderful mentor to help me grasp concepts of X-rays, note taking, and just being a bright personality and being myself most of all. I gifted her this for her room to leave my mark as I transferred to the other office. She was thrilled and delighted!

Make up bags are back for a very limited time due to limited supplies! Please message me or comment below if interested in your own personalized bag, they’re a great bride party gift!

My favorite part is the bittersweet goodbye to my art. I always package them with care and love and send them off to their new homes. It also makes me feel good to have a stack of boxes going out my door with my little sticker on it!
