⭐ Mark your calendars for our first movie night! ⭐

We are so excited to kick off our Rising Star Read-A-Thon in the next couple of weeks! And what better way to celebrate all of our students’ reading and fundraising efforts than with a Reading-Themed Family Movie Night! 🎬🍿

Join us on Friday, September 25 from 6:30–8:00 PM in the Rising Star Cafeteria for a showing of Stuart Little!

We’ll have snacks, lemonade, and a FREE book giveaway for our Rising Star families. Just bring a blanket or something cozy to sit on and settle in for a fun night together!

⭐ This is a family event, so an adult must attend with children.

It was a big week! We announced our 26-27 STUCo reps and kicked off September with our first all school assembly! We love it here 🤩⭐️

Mark your calendars for the Rising Star Read-A-Thon Fundraiser, September 17-25!

What’s a Read-A-Thon?

Students will read and record as many minutes as they can, while families and friends show support through donations! Funds raised ensure enriching field trips, assemblies and community events for EVERY student this year at Rising Star!

Be on the lookout for more info coming home soon about how to register your student, log minutes, receive prizes and donate!

Did you know just how much the Rising Star PTA does for our students, teachers, and families throughout the year?

From funding field trips for every student and providing spirit wear, to hosting family events, supporting our teachers, and creating some of the fun traditions our kids look forward to each year, so much of what we love about Rising Star is made possible through PTA support. 💙
