As many of you know I have the awesome chance every year to work with some amazing clients that play for the Chiefs. This year I have been invited to work at their training camp. Unfortunately that means there is another schedule change. For the duration of training camp my schedule that will be available will be Saturdays in limited quantities. Those of you that have appointments already scheduled on a Wednesday will be kept as promised until further notice. I apologize for the late information regarding appointment times. Once the regular season starts Wednesday appointments will be available again. Thank you all for always being such great people and trusting me with your recovery.

Today is a monumental day! Happy birthday/ anniversary to 4 years is an amazing accomplishment. The amount of emotions that are running through my mind can’t be explained. What I can say is the journey has been well worth it. The people I have had the pleasure to work with and the people that I have met is nothing but blessings. Patience wasn’t my strongest trait when I started this journey in 2018, but it has been amazing to say the lease. Thank you to every last one you that helped make this dream a reality. Without you I couldn’t continue to offer the best recovery I can. It truly takes a village and I am eternally grateful. Here’s to another year of growth! 🤙🏾🤙🏾

With the NFL season approaching quickly I needed to get this to you asap.

My new availability is as follows:
Wednesdays 9am to 6 pm
Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm

First Come First Served. Now I will be leaving my calendar open for future appointments.
Please make sure that you get your appointments scheduled ahead of time to prevent any problems when that time comes.

👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾One of the greatest coaches of all time said it best! 🙏🏾 Behind the scenes is a super hard grind session every single day. Always thinking what I can do better the next day than the day before, but we constantly hear things like “you’re so lucky to do what you’re doing” or “you’re lucky to work on the people you work on”. 90 mins : $150
120 mins: $200

60 mins: $110
90 mins : $160
120 mins: $210
Now introducing on location SportStretch® sessions.
Ask me about details on how you can have SportStretch® in home or at your sporting event!

I am also requiring 24 notice on cancelled/changed appointments or I will pose a $35 fee at your next appointment.

I often find myself getting into my head about business. How am I gonna do this or why am I not where I want to be, but when those days arise I go this quote. I look at it on the daily. I’ve always wanted to be successful, but what does that really mean? It wasn’t till I went to and seen this and I finally got it through my thick skull. I AM ALREADY SUCCESSFUL! Some people know and some don’t know what’s been going on in business for me this year, but it for sure speaks for itself! 💯

Oh my! This session was truly amazing! Wasn’t expecting it to help my knee on the first session! Quite often my knee gets very tight to the point of not being able to bend, and actually this morning it was that way just have a quick session I can completely bend my knee! thank you so much for the time and ability to be able to try out this amazing machinery! Highly recommend this session!

I wanted to come and give an update to each and every one of you, about business hours starting in September.
I have the awesome chance to work with some professional athletes this season! This has always been a goal for me in business and it’s finally happening!
With that being said, starting September 1st I will be taking away Monday and Friday appointments unless a game falls on a Monday night.
Thank you all for your business and understanding during this transition into football season.

This happened to come up at the right time! In the industry I am in this means a lot. 1. You don’t have to take a million selfies to promote yourself.
2. Stop posting pictures with clevage showing.
3. Were not in a profession where you need to look sexy it comes off as you do the nasty!
4. If you’re tired of getting asked do you do “Happy endings”? why don’t you try dressing different, posting different and stop posting side views so people can stare at you on Instagram! It’s crazy the amount of women and men that look for affirmations on here. It’s even more sad that you can’t even follow or even without seeing things that you shouldn’t see from our profession, but yet you wonder why we get a bad name! Come on people let’s do better. It won’t get better if we don’t do better ourselves!

This is why I do what I do. I help people keep performing at their peak! I truly love what I do!
