In 1996 The Hair Company began as a 2 chair salon in a little under 350 square feet. A lot has changed over the past 20 years!
HC Salon & Boutique (The Hair Company) has received the honor more than 12 times as being named one of the Top 200 Salons in the Nation, by Salon Today Magazine. With two locations (Leonardtown & Charlotte Hall), we now have a combined 9,500 sq feet of salon/spa space, with 40 styling station, 26 color stations, a full boutique, and a 2,000 sq ft training center. We are so blessed to have our loyal guests and amazing team. Our goals have not changes since day one;
For our Guests: To have a nice salon where our guests not only receive the absolute best services provided by the most highly trained stylist, but also a place they enjoy visiting, and leave feeling awesome after each visit. For our Team: To grow our own stylist, providing them with the best education available, and career opportunities not found in any other salon. We feel we have accomplished both, and continue to strive to get better each day. We are extremely passionate about about our industry and all it has to offer to both our team and our guests.
