Huge s/o to Jen for being the first person I ever did a razor cut s**g on! I became obsessed with razor cutting when I first started and took a bunch of classes, and found Jen as a hair model on a buy nothing Facebook group 🥲

We did a full highlight back in June & just did a gloss & bang trim for this appointment to maintain jn btwn highlight appointments 🤍

🩵 razor cut mullet 💙 Ruth and I started with one length hair, went for a s**g, then went s**ggier til we decided why not try a mullet, we loved it while we had it but now we’re gonna grow it out a bit more into a softer s**g again 🩵 getting a haircut in between growing out can help it to grow out more gracefully

I’ve been spending the month of October working in the space by myself to make sure everything is ready for future stylists to work here! I’m thinking of ways to make the space more ergonomic, functional, organized, and beautiful everyday. I have 2 stylists joining in November and I am so excited for the new energy in this magical space!

Soft s**g for Caitlin, styled with a round brush 🎣 Caitlin is a fisherman, so naturally does not always have access to the salon super frequently.. many people think bangs / s**g haircut will be super high maintenance but there’s actually many clients I only see once or twice a year because of how well this haircut grows out! A bang trim in between might be necessary, and I’m planning on showing you how to do this yourself if you’re not able to get to me in time. Especially for my Kauai clients who I will not get to see very often but want to keep up with their bangs.

Ps my new salon is the same location where I originally built my clientele, it’s been so fun seeing clients that started with me from the beginning and get to be here for this full circle moment 🤍
