WW on Kauai provides a fun place to get support with health body mind and soul. It is so much easier when you work together for success.
Weight Watchers has been in business for 52 years of those years I have been involved 48 years, I have seen it evolve into a company that helps people change their lives by making small changes on step at time and their relationship to food for good.
Well this was a very interesting birthday, moving once again to a new apartment....with the help of my mermaids and good girlfriends. We started around 11:30 am and finished at 1:30. we moved a lot of things for the first day. I am feeling blessed with such wonderful support and help.
Thank you all for wishing me a wonderful birthday today also.
It is so amazing to feel love from people all over the USA.
Love to you all,
Romae
It's been a while since I have gone onto Facebook to find out one of my spiritual coaching partners has passed away.
I am in the midst of moving once again and looking forward to this move.
It's been a very long month too, packing, decluttering, donating, and cleaning too.
Friends are blessings me on my birthday helping me move just a gift my Kauai mermaids and friends are. I love them all and know we will celebrate after the move.
Surround us all in grace and strength to navigate the 18 stairs up to my new apt. Pictures to follow next week.
I miss seeing everyone on FB too but I had to focus on this first.
For my birthday I really want everyone who has crossed my path to know that you have made me who I am today.
Love and blessings
Romae
Been a while since I was on Facebook life is keeping me busy. Missing Bootsie kitty so much but know she is in a good place now.
Planning a little trip soon too.... getting excited.
If only changing your name was simpler....so much paperwork to do anything. I am a very determined soul if you know me, I will get it done.
Hope you all had a wonderful Father's Day too.
Have a blessed day and know you are enough and golden too.
