- we will no longer be traveling over 2.5 hours without hotel paid for
- a timeline will be created with names and any changes must be approved by whatever artist is there
- you can no longer cancel within 90 days of your date without paying the full balance (this is due to me being booked a year out and holding the date
- a signed contract MUST be sent back or it will be voided
- no rude comments, talking behind an artist back, or ANY sort of harassment will be tolerated towards me or my girls. If you don’t like something about your makeup or want a change please just say something we are more than happy to make adjustments
- I will only communicate with the bride (or contract holder) and will not speak with someone else about services before wedding date
- please listen to our advice we are professionals and want the best outcome for you
- must have clean DRY hair we do not bring blow dryers
