I’m not selling people a dream—I’ve lived this journey myself.

There was a time when I struggled with my weight, low energy, high blood pressure and hormonal imbalance. I wasn’t someone with picture-perfect health who suddenly decided to start selling sea moss. I had to make serious changes in my own life.

Sea moss became part of a much bigger lifestyle change, and my personal transformation eventually inspired me to create Sea Moss Lyfe.

That’s why I don’t look at this as simply selling a product. My mission is to encourage everyday people to build healthier routines, remain active, have more energy for their families and take better care of themselves.
