Growing up in a salon and knowing the industry as a child really helped me in my career so much. I wasn’t doing hair long before my mother passed in ‘21 and it was very unexpected. So whenever she makes her presence known in the salon I just can’t help but smile because I just know she’s so proud of how far I’ve come. So Momma, this is what you’ve created and look how beautiful 🫶🏽🥹

The theme at the salon this week is SELF CARE 🧘‍♂️ (let’s be fr, that’s kinda our thing 🤭)

We had the honor of showing our amazing friend LAKEY360 in understanding what self care looks like for him! 🙏🏽
Our beautiful & talented healer nailzbynatasha_ took her time to pamper his precious tools 🫴🏽👣 yeah that’s right, real men get manis and pedis & let me tell ya fellas the ladies love it when a man takes pride in his self care routines! 🔥🔥🔥

As far as these stunning curls, I’m gonna have to give most of the credit to Lakeys’ good genes 😌 but don’t count me out because I severed the unwanted dry ends like an ex who needed no contact 🫣 I also educated him about products he could use with different routines and curly hair tips to try at home to help maintain his luscious locks ✨ BUUUT most importantly emphasized how important it is to come & see me for his REGULAR trims every 6-10 weeks to help keep to dry dead ends from sucking anymore life from those perfectly bouncy & unremarkably shiny curls 🤌🏽😊

As a salon baby I always told myself I never wanted to do hair growing up, but life has a funny way of showing you what your fate is meant to be.
