I can't wait to try our new Metabolic line, most of my life I have felt good, despite a Arthritis diagnosis at ages 2 & 45, juvenile RA & Osteoarthritis, but I'm experiencing a lot more pain and loss of mobility lately which at age 60?? Is completely unacceptable!! I refuse to go down without one helluva fight!! So I'm excited to see what our new supplements and the necessary changes to my diet will do for me. I will be switching from swimming to yoga next month cuz cold water lol I will be doing cold plunges in the mornings tho 🏊😰🥶 I do use a wetsuit to so who knows I may still swim 🤔🥶😂🤷❄️🌊 the shampoo and conditioner bars are for Chris since he's on the road a lot♥️👴⬅️ Chris lol

In a tremendous amount of pain tonight 😫😑😢😖 sooo I had to make a "pain pill" normally I will make a veggie cap but it's straight up under the tongue tonight! Tastes absolutely HIDEOUS but damn does it work! And it helps me sleep 💤💤💤💤💤💤
