Hansen's Harvest KY

Lake gazing and lunch at Backporch Smokehouse. Perfect temps, perfect breeze. Lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. How was yours?

Do we really grow our ingredients? Cayenne peppers fresh from the garden waiting for their turn in the dehydrator. Final stop? Our Bruises, Aches, & Pains balm.

When festival prep takes over the dining room table 😅 We've created, bottled, labeled and packed for Waveland Art Fair. See you soon, Lexington ❤️

Well, this was stunning! It's also why we aren't city dwellers 😉🙂

Weekend plans are knocking on your door, saying, "Me, pick me!" Come out and see us, it's going to be great! ❤️

This weekend's art fair at Waveland will have quite a few new vendors. Here's a sampling of their work to entice a drive to 225 Waveland Museum Lane in Lexington on Saturday and Sunday, 9/12-13, 2026. More than fifty artists will offer their handcrafted or homegrown products from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. Waveland State Historic Site Kentucky State Parks

Where do those herbs for our Herb Infused Olive Oil come from? Right here, on our farm. They get sunshine and rain, that's it. Our motto: the strong will survivee! 🙂

Ya'all should put this one on your calendar! 🍄🍄 ❤️

The fact that this was 5 years ago blows my mind. 😮 I can't believe we've been farming for 8 years now. We knew we were going to do two things, keep growing mushrooms, and get piggies! Now we have a full product line of wonderful farm products, and a host of animals cruising around, and Josh is getting a Masters degree in Herbal Medicine. Start with an idea and be wide open to where it takes you ❤️
