Elizabeth aka Elie is a Reiki Master, Intuitive healer and spiritual coach.

Elizabeth heals people and animals through; Reiki, massage therapy, crystals, cupping and spiritual Coaching. She will soon begin her journey as a Ayurveda practitioner.

Ayurveda- “is the traditional Hindu system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing”.

Reiki-” a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being ”

Cupping- “(in Chinese medicine) a therapy in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy”.

Elizabeth believes one must heal from the inside out. With Reiki we can energetically balance and center ourselves from within.
