No Health without Mental Health!

Just posted September's article!

Jada & I wish you all sweet (lucid) dreams on this first night of Autumn. As we enter the darker, colder months ahead, may the stars illuminate your path and shine bright through liminality. ✨ 🖤

I had every intention to eat a healthy breakfast. But when Mike’s calls, I respond. 🤤 😋 Mmmm - sorry, not sorry.😂
Thank you Boston. 🇮🇹 Got my east coast fix!
Also made a deposit at the airport free-library. 📕 So cool.

✨ Teaching at Omega Institute was quite the experience! 🙏 I’m grateful to Linda Schiller for partnering with me in this weeklong adventure. 💞

Here’s a photo dump from our memorable week together, guiding participants in deepening ancestral connections through dreamwork. 🌀 The synchronicities began for me at SFO as I was very surprised to discover Dream Machine Yoga Nidra offered on my Jet Blue flight to the east coast. ✈️
From there, the magic continued…

We loved every minute of it and would do it again in a heartbeat. 💓 Thank you Omega!

I had a blast teaching about dream incubation (one of my favorite dreamwork topics) yesterday during this 5 night retreat Linda & I are co-leading at the breathtaking Omega Institute.
I’ll be posting a written piece on this soon, to be housed on my Substack: Conscious Chimera Classroom.

The colors are beginning to change 🍁 but the flowers are still in full bloom. Here’s one that called out to me today in Rhinebeck, NY.
