It is very important to follow your pre treatment care prior to your session. Following these instructions will help you have better results following treatments.

* Follow a low fat - low carb diet

* Do not have a heavy meal and do not eat 1 hours before your treatment.

* No caffeine or carbonated drinks 3-4 hours before session.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
helps to reduce swelling and improve aesthetic results by decreasing congestion of the tissue. Adding lymphatic massages to your post-op care routine will benefit your recovery and is recommended 3 to 4 times a week , however at least 1 or 2 times a week is enough but each body is different.

Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself to my new followers. I am the face behind my brand and I want to express my gratitude to all of you for following my business and supporting me. Since 2019, I have been working as a kurvologist (body sculptor). However, prior to that, I spent 8 years as a makeup artist before diving into the world of body sculpting. It was a life-changing decision for me when I moved to LA almost 6 years ago and had the opportunity to try it out.

As a mother of two boys, I understand firsthand how a woman's body can change after giving birth. Dealing with my own insecurities, particularly with my stomach, I witnessed the transformative power of body sculpting on my own midsection. It not only helped me regain confidence, but it made me feel like an entirely new woman. This personal experience fueled my interest in becoming a certified body sculptor. I realized how much I loved making women feel beautiful, whether through makeup and hairstyling for special events or through body sculpting. The joy and happiness it brought them resonated with me deeply. Combining my passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful with makeup and hair styling, I knew this would be my next venture. Why not do both?

Here I am, a few years later, doing what I love. It has been a blessing to gromybusiness in a new city. The journey had its challenges, but I was determined to figure it out and make it happen. For those of you who are new to this industry, I encourage you not to give up. With dedication and perseverance, anything is possible.

After gaining ample experience and knowledge in the industry and through client interactions, I have expanded my expertise into educating others. I am now a instructor, offering courses to train individuals in the same techniques I use in my body sculpting practice.

To all my existing and new followers and clients, I extend my warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks for your support. It means the world to me that you have chosen me to be a part of your body sculpting journey.
