And they SHOULD evolve...
Because the diet that worked for you 20 years ago probably won't anymore.
The workouts that used to whip you into shape after just a couple of weeks might not give you the same quick results.
Simply "being active" and "eating healthy" could be keeping your body stuck.
People like to blame age for this, and while that's part of it...
A more accurate statement would be that your body has been under stress for longer, and now it's reacting to it.
Which means you need a new approach.
One that aligns with what your bodies needs in this new state it's living in.
This doesn't mean you will be stuck forever...
Unless you continue to ignore what your body is asking for.
Comment "EVOLVE" for my free training, which teaches you how to understand what kind of program your body is asking for right now.
You've been told your sleep issues and weight gain are just a part of aging.
That bloating and mood swings happen to every woman.
Your brain fog and low energy are hormones.
And all of these are common if you're an aging woman with hormones...
🙈
Yes, they may be common but they aren't normal.
They are what your body chooses to show you when it doesn't feel supported.
So, stop ignoring them.
Start looking for patterns in those symptoms.
And those patterns will point you to the root cause of why they're happening...
So you can start feeling good again
🧡
And if you aren't sure how to find the root cause, comment ROOT so I can support you.

You know what I see a lot as a health and fitness coach? 👇
People blame the fact that they ate bread if they feel bloated when...
They had coffee before breakfast.
Then their breakfast was toast with peanut butter.
Then they were stressed non-stop til lunch.
Where they ate while continuing to work.
And by the time they're home from work...
They realize they never took a break to move their body, drink water, or take a deep breath.
😬😬😬
Yeah....
The bread is "definitely" the reason you're bloated.
⚠️ I'm kidding, obviously. The bread was not the problem.
The way you are treating your nervous system is.
Comment BREAD if you feel called out, and I'll send you a free nervous system regulation video that you can do anytime, anywhere.

A few years ago, I started seeing cycle syncing everywhere.
The idea is simple:
💡 During different phases of your cycle, you should adjust your workouts to align with your hormones.
And honestly?
I think the concept comes from a good place.
Because for years, women were told to train like men.
Push hard.
Stay consistent.
Ignore how you feel.
So I appreciate anything that encourages women to pay attention to their bodies.
But here’s where I think people get stuck:
They start following another set of rules.
And then women start wondering why their experience doesn’t match the chart.
For example:
I often feel my worst around ovulation.
Not my period.
Not the week before my period.
➡️ Ovulation.
For me, that shift in hormones can create symptoms like headaches, acne, bloating, and itchiness.
Basically, my body becomes more sensitive.
So if I blindly followed a traditional cycle syncing plan, I’d probably be pushing hardest during the exact week my body is asking me to pull back.
Instead, I do something different.
🔍 I pay attention.
If my body is asking for lower intensity, I listen.
If my recovery feels slower, I adjust.
If my energy is high, I take advantage of it.
💡 I call this stress syncing more than cycle syncing.
Because what matters most isn’t what a chart says should happen.
It’s how your body is responding.
The longer I coach, the more I realize that health is rarely about finding the perfect, textbook protocol.
It’s about learning how to interpret feedback.

Health can feel so complicated sometimes (or a lot of the time).
Not because people aren’t trying.
But because the human body is nuanced.
I recently got a test result back that honestly looked… pretty bad on paper.
🙈
And yet?
I don’t actually have any symptoms that match that lab work.
At the same time, one of my clients had the opposite experience.
Her initial bone density results were labeled “normal.”
But when her doctor actually looked closer at the breakdown, they realized her hips showed significant bone loss... it was just masked by how strong the rest of the scan looked overall.
Two completely different situations.
But both reminded me of the same thing:
Health is rarely as simple as:
“This number good” or “This number bad.”
🧪 Lab work can absolutely be helpful.
But it’s still just a snapshot.
One moment.
One piece of the picture.
Sometimes the picture can be taken at a bad time.
Sometimes stress about taking the test can impact the result.
And sometimes women become so focused on chasing the “perfect” lab result that they stop paying attention to what their body is trying to tell them every single day.
Your energy, cycle, sleep, stress, etc...
Those matter more than people realize.
I think one of the biggest shifts in my own coaching over the years has been learning to stop looking for one magic answer.
Most health struggles are not caused by 1️⃣ single thing.
There are patterns.
Accumulation.
Adaptation.
That’s why I care so much about helping women understand their bodies rather than blindly following rules or chasing quick fixes.
✅ Because understanding your body creates a completely different kind of progress.
