🦷✨ A Pioneer Who Changed Dentistry Forever.Dr. Lucy Hobbs Taylor, DDS (1833–1910) — the first woman in the World and USA to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in the United States, graduating from the Ohio College of Dental Surgery in 1866.
Her journey was extraordinary. After being denied admission to medical school because she was a woman, she turned to dentistry, studied through an apprenticeship, opened her own practice, and eventually earned her DDS. Her determination helped open the doors of dental education and professional dentistry to generations of women.

My husband and I absolutely loved this beautiful evening. The warm glow of hundreds of candles, the timeless elegance of the Crown Room, and the incredible atmosphere created a moment that felt almost like moved into another era.
