I receive this question constantly, so let's start with the basics.

Greek Balm (GB) is a topical herbal/resin-based balm manufactured in Ukraine.

The original packaging is in Russian and Ukrainian because that is where the manufacturer is located.

The English information I provide is for my English-speaking customers.

GB has a very distinctive smoky scent because of its pine-derived ingredients, including purified pine tar.

Another important detail: 𝐈 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐆𝐁 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝.

In warmer temperatures it becomes more liquid; refrigeration gives it its thicker, gel-like consistency.

I originally discovered GB during my own prolonged skin ordeal after other approaches had failed me.

Scabies doesn't affect only your skin.

Your ability to look at a tiny red spot without panicking.

During my experience, there came a point when every sensation had my full attention.

Recovery for me wasn't simply watching my skin improve.
It was learning to live normally again.

This may be one of the most confusing parts of the entire experience.

Treatment is finished... but you're still itching.

You notice another bump.

Your skin tingles.

And immediately you think:

But itching and irritated bumps can continue after successful scabies treatment. Skin can also become extremely reactive after repeated applications of strong topical products.

A new bump by itself doesn't automatically prove that treatment failed.

This uncertainty was one of the hardest parts for me psychologically.

I didn't create this page because I woke up one morning and decided to sell a skin-care product.

I created it because I know what it feels like to be awake at 3 AM, exhausted from itching, searching the internet for answers.

I know what it's like to go from doctor to doctor, try treatment after treatment, and still wonder:

I never imagined that something as simple as itching could completely change my life.

It started in early March with a small pink spot on my leg. A few weeks later, I developed an extremely itchy rash on my upper back.

Then everything changed.

The itching became unbearable, especially at night. The rash spread to my back, stomach, arms, legs, face, ears, and scalp. The original spot on my leg became infected and swollen, eventually growing to almost three times its original size. At one point, walking became so difficult that my husband had to carry me.

I went from doctor to doctor and even to emergency rooms.

At Encino Hospital, an ER doctor told me that in 20 years of practice he had never seen anything quite like it. I was given IV morphine and Benadryl and kept overnight.

I later went to UCLA. Scabies was initially considered unlikely because my husband and daughter, despite being in close contact with me, had no symptoms.

Still, nobody could tell me what was happening.

Fungal infection? Autoimmune disease? Allergy? Eczema?

I was given steroids, antihistamines, sleeping medication and other treatments.

Nothing solved the problem.

Eventually, my husband sent photographs of my skin to a friend in Russia, who showed them to an experienced dermatologist in Moscow. She said it looked very much like scabies.

I began researching obsessively.

I tried permethrin three times at seven-day intervals. I also took three courses of ivermectin.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝.

By then, this wasn't just affecting my skin.

It was affecting my entire life.

I couldn't sleep. I was having panic attacks. I began taking clonazepam, Xanax and other medication just to get through the day.

I was exhausted, frightened and beginning to lose hope.

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐌

While reading discussions and comments from other people struggling with scabies, I came across several people saying that 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐌(GB) had helped them after other treatments had failed.

I had never heard of it.

I started researching and eventually contacted a clinic in Ukraine. I spoke with a man and explained everything I had been through.

By this point, I had been suffering for approximately 𝟑½ 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬.

I ordered Greek Balm and waited about two weeks for it to arrive.

Then I started the protocol.

I still remember my first application.

After everything I had been through, I could hardly believe it.

But I didn't stop when I started feeling better.

I followed the complete protocol. In my case, it lasted 𝟐𝟏 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬.

Little by little, my skin began recovering.

Because I know there are people reading this at 2 or 3 in the morning who haven't slept properly in weeks.
