My professional recommendation, save money on the liquid IVs and electrolyte packets and just add a pinch of salt to your water. Want a little extra flavor then add chopped fruit to the water with the salt. Don't want to add salt to your water then eat saltine crackers with your water.
The reason salt works is because it holds in the water. But it can't hold in water to keep you hydrated if you are not drinking water to begin with. People who experience water weight are consuming too much salt and that's why when they cut back on the salt the weight starts to come off easier.

Jackson is in first grade, he wasn't as excited as last year lol
Shealeigh is in kindergarten and was SO excited!
Mia was just along for the ride but excited about it!
Ian worked from home today so we could do pictures and help with getting back into a routine. I can already tell that homeschooling 2 kids is going to be a little harder, but just like last year we will figure it out!

This is my go to meal for quick, easy, cheap, and of course delicious!

• Chicken Sausage (any flavor is fine but the Chipotle Monterey Jack cheese is my favorite)
• A bag of frozen vegetables
• 90 second wild rice
• 1/2 cup of sweet and sour sauce
• Worcestershire sauce (OPTIONAL, and will not change the macros)
Macros per serving (serves 3)
• CARBS: 55g
• PROTEIN: 24g
• FATS: 18g
TOTAL CALORIES: 431

What does it mean to be consistent?
When there are so many articles, videos, influencers, and more out there telling you when you SHOULD be doing. It can be easy to think you need to do it all. But let me tell you, you really only need to be consistent with the basics. And even consistency can
look different from person to person.
The things a single 25 year old with no kids can do consistently are probably not the same things you can consistently do with 3 ferral kids and after school ativities. So don't worry about trying to be like everyone else, focus on being consistent in what
you can do!
At this point I just accept that it will never all be clean at the same time 🤷♀️

Please do not fall victim to this.
It is easy to scroll on social media and find someone who has lost over 100 pounds (that is amazing for them!) but if you are following them and you suddenly see them promoting their new fitness guide that was created to help you lose 100 pound too... RED FLAG 🚩
What suddenly makes them qualified to teach you?
How do you know they aren't hiding something behind the scenes (glp, crazy diet, surgery, etc.)?
Would you have trusted them prior to their transformation?
Experience means something but it doesn't mean you should give them your money when there are 1000s of way more qualified coaches out there with actual certifications that can provide real sustainable solutions for what you are looking for.
Final thing, would you hire a financial advisor that kinda understands finances and has seen some success. Or would you hire a financial advisor that has done the schooling, has the experience, understands the market, and can give you a personalized path to help you reach your financial goals?
