F Words To Live By - Chris Fulkerson
I love f words. I talk about them every day. My favorites are Food, Fashion, Friendship and Fun.
I’m passionate about giving women the tools to enjoy life more through good Food, good Fashion, strong female Friendships and good old- fashioned Fun.
What if you could walk into Thanksgiving feeling stronger, more energized, more confident and AMAZING in your clothes? 🙌🦃
This is one of my FAVORITE times of the year to start the FASTer Way!
Why? Because instead of waiting until January to “get back on track,” you can head INTO the holidays already feeling your best.
Think about it…
✨ In 2 weeks—you’ll FEEL the difference.
💪 In 4 weeks—you’ll SEE the difference.
🔥 By Thanksgiving—other people may start NOTICING the difference!
But this isn’t just about the number on the scale or getting compliments.
It’s about having more ENERGY for the holidays.
Feeling STRONG.
Sleeping better.
Putting on that holiday outfit and feeling GOOD in it.
And enjoying Thanksgiving dinner without feeling like you’ve “blown it.”
The holidays don’t have to be the season when you put yourself last.
Start NOW, build the habits BEFORE the craziness begins, and imagine how different this holiday season could feel.
Don’t wait for January.
Give yourself the gift of feeling amazing by Thanksgiving. ❤️
Who’s ready to do this with me? 🙋♀️
Let’s be real - I hear so many women complain about their bodies yet don’t want to make changes.
I get it - you think you don’t have the time, you think it will be complicated, and I’ve had women tell me - they are just lazy.
I’m looking for women who truly want to change. Who wants to have more energy and enjoy life to the fullest.
It’s not complicated - you have support - but change happens slowly not overnight.
Want to see and feel a visible difference by Thanksgiving? Now is the time to start. September 25 is your day to walk into a new lifestyle. But I want to have a co versatile first. What do you struggle with. Message me to keep the conversation going.

🐾 This is what pet therapy looks like. ❤️
Nala and Bryan are so proud to be an Ambassador Team for WAGS Pet Therapy. Over the course of a week, they visit a hospital and two schools, bringing smiles, comfort, laughter and sometimes simply a quiet moment of companionship to those who need it.
But last week at the Brown Cancer Center was extra special.
One of the chemo patients actually schedules her treatments around the days she knows Nala will be visiting. 🥹 And this time, she brought a toy for Nala.
Well… Nala LOVED it! 😂 She squeaked that toy all the way down the halls, bringing belly laughs from patients and staff along the way.
Think about that for a moment. In the middle of chemo treatments, worry and difficult days, a big fluffy dog with a squeaky toy changed the energy in those hallways. ❤️
That’s the power of pet therapy.
It’s more than a visit.
It’s comfort. It’s connection. It’s joy. It’s a reason to smile on a day when smiling might not come so easily.
I’m incredibly proud of Bryan and Nala and the difference they make together. 🐾❤️
Tomorrow is Give for Good, and we would be so grateful if you would help Nala support WAGS Pet Therapy so more teams can bring moments like these to our community.
Because sometimes healing comes with four paws…and a very squeaky toy. 🐾😂❤️

🚶♀️🐾 STEPtember Day 4!
Today’s steps were even better because I had two of my favorite walking buddies with me — Bryan and Nala! ❤️🐶
One of the things I love about walking is that it doesn’t have to be complicated. Grab someone you love (two-legged or four-legged 😉), get outside, and MOVE!
Steps add up. Fresh air does wonders. And everything is more fun with good company.
Day 4 ✔️
Who did YOU walk with today?

🚶♀️ STEPtember - Day 3! 👟⛰️
Today’s steps came with a little extra challenge - a brand-new trail AND elevation! 🙌
There’s something about walking somewhere new that makes getting those steps in feel more like an adventure than exercise. And those hills? My legs definitely knew they were there! 😂
Day 3 reminder: Your steps don’t have to look the same every day. Change the scenery. Find a new trail. Add a hill. Grab a friend. Just keep moving!
Three days down and we’re just getting started! 💪
Who got their steps in today? And did anyone add a little elevation? 👟⛰️

Day 1 of STEPtember! Even on vacation I can get my steps in. Checking off the box of “walking at sunrise.” Lake of the Ozarks - stunning!

Sometimes the best way to grow as a speaker is to play in the Sandbox! 🎤
I had the opportunity to do just that with some amazing speakers from NSA Kentucky - trying out ideas, testing material, listening, learning, and getting valuable feedback.
And what great timing! I was able to work on pieces from two presentations that are very much on my mind right now:
🔥 Hot Flashes, Cold Truth - my menopause presentation that I’m giving tonight
👗 Before You Say a Word - the idea that your image is part of your message, which I’ll be digging into more in September.
There’s something powerful about being in a room with people who understand the craft of speaking and are willing to help one another get better.
I learned so much, made some tweaks, and walked away even more excited about both presentations.
Thank you, NSA KY, for creating a Sandbox where we can practice, play, learn, and grow together.
Because even experienced speakers need a place to try things before stepping onto the stage! ❤️🎤

This morning, I met my sweet friend Jeanne for coffee. ☕💕
As I was waiting on my matcha I looked up and saw this sign on the wall at Fante’s Coffee
“Always pray to have eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, and a soul that never loses faith in God.”
I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
What if we all walked through life looking for the best in people instead of waiting for them to disappoint us? What if we chose forgiveness instead of holding on to hurt? What if we let go of yesterday’s offenses and held tightly to our faith instead?
The world gives us plenty of reasons to become cynical. But joy, peace, and grace grow when we choose a different perspective.
I’m grateful for coffee with a dear friend… and for little reminders like this that show up exactly when we need them. ❤️
Who in your life has helped you see the good lately? I’d love to hear about them. ☕✨

Tomorrow is a big day!
As I put the finishing touches on my Say Yes to Yourself keynote for the Dress for Success Louisville Wise Women Conference, I had two very attentive audience members helping me rehearse - my husband and Nala. 🐾
My husband has listened to countless practice speeches over the years, always offering encouragement and honest feedback. And Nala?
She seemed completely captivated... or maybe she was just waiting for a treat.
Behind every speaker who steps onto a stage is a team of people (and sometimes a therapy dog) cheering them on.
I am incredibly honored to share this message with the amazing women attending tomorrow’s conference.
The theme of my talk is simple but powerful: saying yes to yourself isn’t selfish - it’s often the first step toward becoming who you’re meant to be.
Grateful. Excited. A little nervous. Ready.
Tomorrow, we say YES ❤️
