Here are my top tips for not washing your hair so often!⠀⠀

Get a shower cap. When you take it off, diffuse for a second.

Start shampooing properly. Use a professional shampoo and wash and rinse until you get a good lather.

Shampoo at roots, condition mid-lengths to ends. ⠀⠀

Lock water into your curls with your curl set.
⠀⠀
Change/wash pillowcase often.⠀⠀

You can never refresh when you air dry your curls.
