Sweet Dreams Monster Spray is all you need to help your little ones sleep through nightmares. It’s been developed specifically to rid dreams of shadow monsters, goblins and all things nasty and scary. Infused with lavender which is intended to help soothe and relax kids before bed, simply spray the potion before bedtime and all the nasties will be gone!

Lavender is really relaxing for the senses, so this will help. I would advise to start using this spray an hour before bed, to help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, and also to initiate the release of melatonin, the hormone that induces sleep.

New Spring prints & Paw 🐾 Pillows are available at Kites Store in Shenandoah.
