These are my two favorite people I visit at the nursing home my Daddy was in. Only the lady on the left is still here. Almost everyone in there simply wishes they could walk. This motivates me to workout , strength training and work on balance. Volunteering at a local nursing home will change you. I highly recommend it! The elderly can teach you so much and they love you to visit. ❤️❤️❤️
