This past weekend went down as one of the coolest experiences of my life. Less than one year into owning my own massage business I was asked to be the elite massage therapist for the (which is the 20k Championship).

I was incredibly grateful for the chance to work on some of the fastest people in the country.

Every person I met was happy to have me there and talk about training, shoes, and races. (Plus sign my hat). We are all running nerds!

Mile Time! Was a huge success. Everyone ran amazing times. Thank you to HOKA ONE ONE and Peak Performance Therapy & Wellness for a unique event. I can’t wait to see everyone’s tie-dye hats!

After checking the weather, we unfortunately have to cancel the Track Workout again this week. Fingers crossed we have clear skies for the Mile Time! with HOKA ONE ONE next week!
