Along with body care I'd like to offer starter witch kits! I'm still nailing down pricing and what will be included! The kit will include tarot cards (selected by me through guidance of spirit for what you need), crystals (also hand picked for what you might need), some standard herbs good for protection, candles, incense burner, and incense, sage for cleansing your space and items, divination tools (such as pendulums or perhaps runes), information on all thats included, and some extras as I find them! This will be ideal for someone interested in stepping into the craft but are struggling to find a jumping off point. These boxes will focus on spiritual cleansing and protection. Upon special request I can make them curated to other interests if you're further in your craft. I will cleanse everything I handle for your box so it'll be a clean slate for your energy to come through, and for an added fee, I'll even label your tarot cards to make them beginner friendly!(I will cleanse them after handling of course). Hey guys just wanna make everyone aware! I had a lady that contacted me about purchasing body butter. I was a little skeptical at first but after speaking with her, it seemed legit. She even told me she was purchasing these as gifts because she was retiring and wanted to surprise "her girls" with them. I had to ship them, now I do charge for shipping so I told her to wait to pay me until I could get a proper total for her (mistake), after shipping the box (also a mistake, I had a feeling I should've waited to ship the package and as a witch I should've listened to my intuition but shrugged it off because she played me so well). When she paid me through venmo I received an email that the payment was on hold because I didnt have a venmo business account. I created one and emailed venmo. I received an automated response saying id have to call their support number. Now I hate making phone calls. I hate it. So I dug to find out if I could contact venmo via email, chat, text, anything besides calling. I was able to speak to a representative through the chat in the app. The whole time "Heather" was blowing up my phone telling me to call this stupid number. Come to find out this whole thing was a scam. Not even for the products but to get my bank account information. As soon as I found out I redirected the package back to my address. Lesson learned on my end, I was too trusting and will now need payment up front before shipping ANYTHING. I already reported her profile too. Just be aware because when I tell you she got me. We had side conversations and she gave me details about her life, EVERYTHING that made me trust this was legit. I almost lost $100 worth of product because of this. Be aware and be smarter than me!

Valentines day is a beautiful lovely day, and one of my favorites as I am usually gifted roses! Yes they are pretty and a few stay in a vase to look pretty until they perish, BUT waste not want not in this household. Rose petals are so versatile! I usually do not use them for culinary purposes just in case pesticides were used, but you can make rose water at home!

I use a distillation method. Situate a heat safe bowl inside a pot. Sprinkle a good amount of petals around it. Fill the pot with enough water to cover the roses. Put on a simmer. Place the pot lid upside down on the pot and set ice cubes on top. Simmer for 30-45 minutes. Replace the ice cubes as they melt. Once done, your bowl will be filled with rose water. Bottle in a glass bottle and store in the fridge for 6 months.

Rose water can be used as a toner, or just sprayed onto your face for moisture throughout the day! There are many more benefits you can find through Google (dont use the AI use an actual article).

For what I didnt make into rose water, I dried in the over for use in the apothecary! They'll keep forever dried and in an air tight container.

If you dont want to dabble and make your own, I have a couple of extra bottles if you'd like to buy some! This is local only! The rose water needs to be kept cold to preserve its properties!

Fountain of Youth. A legend that many have wondered if it exists. Well I found it and bottled it! This is a HEAVY duty moisturizer made with a Shea butter base and blended with calendula infused Rosehip seed oil. Now that's a mouthful. What do these ingredients do?

First, all of these ingredients are non comedogenic, meaning it will not clog your pores.

Shes butter is a rich moisturizer that makes a great base for lotion like this.

Calendula has so many properties:

Skin Health and Repair: Contains flavonoids that reduce inflammation and promote cell turnover, making it effective for burns, cuts, acne, and reducing skin damage.
Wound Healing: Known to stimulate collagen production and speed up the repair of damaged skin.
Anti-inflammatory & Antioxidant: Helps fight oxidative stress, reducing swelling and pain.

Rosehip seed oil is the liquid gold in here.

Intense Hydration and Moisturizing: It acts as a moisturizer that locks in hydration, leaving skin soft and supple. It is particularly effective for dry or dehydrated skin.
Anti-Aging and Regenerative: High in Vitamins A and C, it promotes skin rejuvenation, stimulates collagen production, and improves skin elasticity. It is often described as a natural, gentle alternative to retinol for smoothing fine lines and reducing sagging skin.
Reduces Hyper-pigmentation and Brightens: The antioxidants in the oil help to fade dark spots, age spots, and sun damage.
Treats Acne and Scarring: It has anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe acne, while its regenerating properties help reduce the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks.
Protects Skin Barrier: It helps protect the skin from environmental damage and oxidative stress.

This is not a moisturizer for the faint of heart, this will work double time. Dry skin doesn't stand a chance. I apply this at night time before bed only. Your body does most of its healing and cell turnover at night. A little goes a long way, you will look greasy, like a little slug, but once you wake up in the morning you'll notice how soft your skin is, it glows.

I actually made this back in December for myself as I was experiencing dryness around my nose and chin. This corrected it quick. A little exfoliating and then applying this will fix you right up. I actually surprised my family with this moisturizer for christmas gifts (they get the pre drop items) and I received a lot of positive feedback from them.

A dear friend of mine ordered a "protection and luck" spell candle from me. Now these candles take time to make, it's not just throwing random herbs together into wax, it takes intention. I sat down and referenced my herbal journal, and selected the best herbs for the job. With each scoop of herb I claimed their energy for a specific use. I cleansed the jar and the wax used. I left the ashes of a cinnamon incense stick at the bottom of the jar. Then I selected the color (in this case, green was what I needed) and then picked out essential oils that had the same intention as the herbs. I selected stones to submerge in the candle all meant for luck, and protection (I cleansed them before adding). I had to make this candle in layers to properly disperse the herbal mixture. Then as always I packed a little box with some extras I'll talk about below. I only charge $10 for spell candles. Let me help you make your life more magical and help manifest your wishes!

Not apothecary related, but I'm all about supporting small businesses! Look at my nails! Aren't they so cute? Would you believe that theyre press ons? Believe it. Pretty Hexed is my go to for nails. I LOVE having my nails done, I think they make my hands look more elegant, and they make me feel classy and done up even if I'm in sweatpants with no make up. But I HATE getting my nails done. I hate it. I cannot stand sitting for two hours while someone holds my hands hostage and I either have to talk or just simply sit there quietly. My ADHD does NOT handle that well at all. The solution? Custom press on nails. Jade at Pretty Hexed does amazing work. You just message her, send her inspiration photos, or just describe what you want, and she sends you a form to properly size your nails out so they fit like Cinderlla's glass slipper. Then she gets to work and baby, let me tell you she WORKS. This is my third set from her and she hasnt missed yet. Application takes less than 30 minutes. Retention for me is a solid week before one might pop one off, but I keep glue on me and reapply. Ill wear the nails for about 3 weeks before retiring them. I only lose one or two the whole time and just reapply. Which is amazing because I am rough on my hands. I'm constantly washing them with my job, and I bartend. You know Ive dove my hand into the well and smacked a bottle or 5 with my nails and havent lost any.

I love being in the kitchen cooking up new stuff. My chapstick stock has been thin and I wanted to try something sweeter and fruity. I mixed strawberry and whipped cream for a strawberries and cream type of vibe. The smell of this chapstick reminded me of spring 2020. The world was shut down and the earth seemed so happy. Mother nature was healing because there was less pollution, and spring that year felt magical to me. I celebrated Beltane that year with a friend. We made flower crowns and ate strawberries with whipped cream. We sat and laughed, enjoyed the sunshine and just bathed in the spring time weather. This chapstick immediately took me back to that day. "A Taste of Beltane" is sweet and reminiscent for me.

All of my chapsticks are made with vitamin E, Jojoba oil, and rosehip seed oil. All of which are highly moisturizing, encourage tissue repair(did you know most chapsticks are a scam? They actually break down the tissue in your lips, making you need to constantly use it and buy more) and help to retain moisture to skin.

I have started using beeswax in my chapsticks. So they are no longer vegan but I do have the ability to make vegan chapstick if anyone would prefer that!

STOP! I've made a new thing! Astral Projection Magnesium Oil!

Magnesium offers so many benefits. It helps with muscle relaxation, improves sleep, a nd reduces stress by way of transdermal absorption to replenish Magnesium levels in the body. This is so cool to me, just through the pores of your skin, its absorbed and utilized. The human body is amazing!

Now I always test my products. Working with essential oils, and dried herbs I always want to be the guinea pig if anything goes wrong (allergic reactions, poor quality, etc.). I struggle with falling asleep. I have a genetic anxiety disorder and horrible ADHD, so you can imagine the things that go through my brain in the night when I'm desperately trying to sleep. My brain never stops. Never. This creates a cocktail for sleepless nights, which increases my anxiety. How fun, right? This Magnesium Oil though? I conk out. I spray it on the bottoms of my feet and rub it in a little (I give myself a lil foot massage) and then just let it dry and within 30-40 minutes, I am in snoozeville. My anxiety seems to chill out, and my body is able to relax. The best part? Its only two ingredients. Normally Magnesium Oil will have carrier oils and essential oils, but I opted for a simple recipe in hopes to extend the shelf life, granted, if you use it like I do, you won't have it around long enough to let it spoil.
