Public Service Announcement for Bolton Residents
In recognition of Public Safety Appreciation Week, the Town of Bolton is encouraging all residents to take a moment to renew their inclusion on the Do Not Knock Registry.
With the town’s recent website transition, previous registry entries may not have transferred to the new system. Because of this, we’re asking everyone interested in being included in the Do Not Knock Registry—whether you’ve registered before or not—to submit a new registration to ensure the list is accurate and complete.

Looking for a way to get involved in the community? The Select Board is seeking volunteers to serve on the following boards/committees:
Historical Commission-The Select Board is seeking two volunteers with interest in serving on the Historical Commission. The Bolton Historical Commission is a local representative for the Massachusetts Historical Commission. The Commission's goal, as charged by the state, is the preservation of Bolton's historical places. Its purpose is to work toward this goal by planning for and implementing programs for the identification, evaluation, and protection of these historical resources. If you are interested in serving on the Commission or would like to learn more about the position, please submit a Volunteer Application (see below).
Cultural Council-The Select Board is seeking volunteers with interest in serving on the Cultural Council. The Council manages the disbursement of funds allocated by the MA Cultural Council (MCC) to bring cultural enrichment to the community. If you are interested in serving on the Council or would like to learn more about the position, please submit a Volunteer Application (see below).
Public Ways Safety Committee- The Select Board is seeking a volunteer with interest in serving on the Public Ways Safety Committee. The Public Ways Safety Committee is an advisory resource for the town. Working in conjunction with the Director of Public Works, Police Chief, Fire Chief, Ambulance Director, Tree Warden, Selectmen, and Town Administrator, the committee shall identify, investigate, and propose solutions to safety concerns throughout the town; Click here for details.
